Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

  5. Shipping Cost: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
