  1. All Sales are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please note that all sales are final.

  3. Exchanges: If you receive the item and it still does not fit correctly after contacting us for sizing help, then we can offer exchanges for a bigger or smaller size in the form of store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn with tags still attached and must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the customer receiving it.

  4. Return Authorization: Customers must email us at info@nuajeh.com to receive return authorization before returning the item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

  5. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels. Please update our team with the courier details so we can help monitor the return and update you accordingly.

  6. International Returns: For international returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for any Import Duties and Taxes incurred.

  7. Quality Testing: We conduct quality testing before shipping every item, but in the rare occasion that an item is received damaged, the customer must send a photo showing the damages within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. After 24 hours, we will not be liable for damages.
